System „Ideal 8000“ – is an new company’s Aluplast offer, which attention is oriented to decrease of thermal and acoustic parameters. It became possible in series “Ideal 8000” by increasing profile installation depth to 85 mm, increasing profiles chambers amount and installing three sealers. Because of the widened groove, to which glazing is inserted, it is allowed to insert energy saving glazing packets, which width might be up to …. mm and install glazings, which has very low thermal conductivity. Profile system “Ideal 8000” has connected two separate ways to reach higher than average energy savings, by limiting all window’s construction thermal conductivity. On the other side, it has deeper profile and more inner chambers.
As with all Aluplast profile sieries, system “Ideal 8000” also has constructive options varienty, compactibility between profiles and of course – freedom to choose optimal solution.
When installing energy saving solutions – increasing profile’s depth and chambers number – it came up with new 6 chambers version “Ideal 8000”, which profile installation depth is 85 mm. Extra advantage is that it is possible to use triple glazing filled with argon, up to 59 mm width, which guarantees best thermal parameters with low applicable solutions costs.
Profile, which thermal conductivity coefficient Uf=1,0 W/m2K, has a significant value for investors, who are interested to energy saving buildings construction. By using energy saving, up to 59 mm width, glazings it is possible to install windows, which thermal conductivity is very low. In example, reference window with dimensions – 1230 x 1480 mm, installed with glazing, which thermal coefficient Ug=0,5 W/m2K, can reach thermal isolation with coefficient of Uw=0,76 W/m2K.
